Smithpack Covid-19 precautions: 

Whilst taking appropriate welfare precautions, Smithpack have been able to remain operational throughout the COVID-19 emergency, supporting our customers working in critical supply chains such as medical, food and essential utilities with their urgent packaging requirements.
In order to comply with health guidance and in response to the reduced demand for packaging from less urgent supply chains, Smithpack have reduced operating shifts and support staff working from site to a minimum.
However we continue to remain open for business and ready to respond promptly to new urgent requests. We look forward to continue supporting UK industry with our reliable and effective packaging solutions as the country emerges from the current lock down restrictions and beyond.(02/05/20).


Smithpack have ceased all non-essential travel and meetings. Smithpack are operating with a reduced factory/operational workforce necessary during the current period of Government directed “Lock Down” in order to continue to manufacture critical orders.

Smithpack email addresses will continue to be monitored during this time and email is usually the best form of contact across the company at this time.

We are prioritising the building of stocks and supply for any customer lines that are a priority requirement for supply during the current crisis. Customers who are aware of any such corrugated packaging lines which should be prioritised are asked to make sure that we have identified them.
