Corrugated Conversion

Smithpack’s manufacturing base is a 42,000 sq ft modern facility in Kingswinford in the West Midlands.

Comprehensive Corrugated conversion facilities include a LMC computerised fully automatic flexo-folder gluing 3m case maker, a 3.6m Printer Slotter and a Bobst automatic die-cutter. An array of other equipment include semi-automatic gluers, stitchers and smaller box making machinery.

Board Supply

Smithpack are a convertor of Corrugated board into corrugated packaging.

Corrugated supplies come from major UK board “Sheet Feeders” that each run several Corrugators producing board 24 hours a day. Sourcing material from multiple dedicated “Sheet Feeder” plants in this way enables Smithpack to reliably offer the widest range of board grade, paper, flute combinations to customers using the most efficient supply chain model for customers’ requirements.

Smithpack benefit from a wealth of packaging industry experience and a commited workforce, many of whom have long service contributions to the company of over 20 years.
